Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out.     Our sever was great the bar staff struggled in the beginning so we just ordered buckets of beer instead of drinks due to the time it took. It was great for a football game watching party.

    Great cocktails, food, and service. We had the wedge and Caesar salads, and two plates of Korean short ribs. While the ribs were very good, we haven't stoppped talking about our salads and how fresh they were. Great job by the staff in taking care of us. Thanks!

    We have lived the past two years in the Las Vegas valley. We have been visiting Las Vegas together since 1987. This was our first time at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant. The food was wonderful. I had the beef Wellington. I never order beef. The Wellington was very flavorful and they included a bernaise sauce which added to the dimension of the flavor. We also had The Eiffel Affair, a cocktail with sparkling wine, that could be served as dessert. I suggested they pour it over vanilla ice cream. And the server said, “we could do that”. I believe him. We bought the window side table, and it was spectacular. We witnessed two engagements and an anniversary. The waiter and his assistant could not do enough for us. Service was efficient and just perfect. We loved it. It is pricey. For me, really a special occasion restaurant. There were several large parties that contributed to the noise level in the restaurant. Barely worth commenting on. The view more than makes up for it. In addition we agreed it was a perfect meal.
