This is our third time at Shelby and we were not disappointed. Every dish is delicious and well prepared. The atmosphere and view of the city make this place a prime destination for a diner with great drinks.

It was better than I remember. It has been a few years since our last visit. The food was amazing, the staff was attentive as always. I am blown away at the consistency of excellence.

Afternoon tea was amazing. Delicate petite sandwiches with caviar and delicious sweets. We ordered a half bottle of champagne and enjoyed the experience!

I live within walking distance - so when I want a treat but want to stay close to home this always fits the bill. Great food, attentive service, excellent ambiance. Shout out to the staff here - they hustle to make everything right, every time.

I was a little surprised at the clam chowder, which is shellfish in a broth, not the creamy kind I am used to. It was good, but it is a lot of work to separate the clams from their shells, dispose of the shells, then dig out the clams from withinthe broth. Interesting experience! The shrimp risotto was excellent, the Dry Creek Sauvignon Blanc accompanied it well, and to finish, the affogato was really nice. Mency was attentive and professional. And we had a perfect table, in the corner overlooking the water. The weather was drizzly and foggy, which the restaurant can't control (I'm sure they wish they could), so I'll try to be back when I can enjoy the view.
