I've returned many times to Blacklock City since 2018 and every visit has been excellent. I love the Monday Butcher pricing but the everyday prices are quite fair. The service is exemplary and my waitstaff clearly communicates their pride and enthusiasm working as a team. It's a really good place to visit as a customer, and I think it's a really terrific place to work.

Service was fantastic and Claudia was an amazing waitress and really friendly. Food was decent but burger could have been bigger for what you pay. Great music and band in the upstairs are also.

The flavors were rich, smoky, and absolutely satisfying. Paired with a signature cocktail, it made for an unforgettable meal. What truly elevated the evening, though, was the impeccable service we received from Domingo. From the moment we were seated, he went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for. His warm personality, attentive demeanor, and detailed knowledge of the menu made a lasting impression. Domingo anticipated our needs, offered excellent recommendations, and added a personal touch to the experience that made it truly special. Big Easy is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience, and Domingo’s outstanding service was the highlight of our visit. If you’re looking for great food, a lively vibe, and exceptional hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!
