We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. The staff were very friendly and I don't know if we caught them on an off day but it was very hard to gain their attention to ask for extra drinks or anything. Waiting time is what bought the rating down. Value for money and the experience was really fun!

I have been to Blacklock City several times, and have never been disappointed. The food and drinks were all excellent. My favourites (in no particular order) are the pre chop bites / pork rib / Blacklock burger / sirloin / prime rib / all in / Blacklock Sundays / white chocolate cheesecake / old fashioned cocktails. Not to be consumed all at once, but if you think you can manage them all, I wish you the very best! The servers were very attentive and engaging. And even helped celebrated my birthday with a freebie. Have a birthday celebration there and you'll see!

The staff and service are always good at Brix and this visit was no different. Tis is my first roast in a while there were no complaints apart from the "burnt" cauliflower cheese...not sure if this was on purpose but I would amend the menu if it is. Cocktail were great as usual. Highly recommended and ill be back soon
