Goldies’ menu focuses on the use of a wood-fired grill, with a selection of small and large plates connected by rich, smoky flavours. Barbeque grew up in the South of the USA where cooks learned to slow roast cuts of meat over fire pits to make them tender. Exposure to the smoke of the smouldering wood added a distinctive smoky taste to the meat. The process could take many hours, leaving the meat tender and juicy.Our award-winning smokers have been imported from the USA and are built to recreate the cooking process of those original fire pits. I would highly recommend this restaurant!! Food was 11/10 meats were soft, tender and just melts in your mouth! Truffle chicken spaghetti is to die for!!! Lobster pasta.. amazing! Mixed grill amazing for sharing. Truffle chip are delicious too. Thee was no part of the evening I could say anything negative about. Service, staff, ambience, entertainment was all fabulous. I will defo go back again!!
