This was the second time I was at Gyu Kaku, and both times the parties I came with amhad delays in the reservation between 25-30 minutes. It'd be nice if that were compensated in some ways like other restaurants that can't mert their reservations within 10-15 minutes. All else was good 🙂

Great food. Service was lacking, which is a change from several months ago. Music was not consistent and volume went from good volume for dinner conversation to extremely loud.

My girlfriend and I had an awesome experience. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and taken to our table. Our server was great as well from the beginning of service til the end. Thank you Gyu Kaku!
