Joe was professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York. Before opening his other restaurant, Zia’s Trattoria (located one block west of Café Touché at 6699 N. Our server was excellent - very nice and helpful with ordering. We were not in a hurry and he did not rush us. The food was casual and good. The atmosphere was very festive for Christmas and welcoming. I would recommend Americano! Great location too!

Noel was excellent waiter. Made suggestions that we followed on our first ever visit. Butternut squash soup was delicious Smooth and creamy. Needed a tad more heat.
