Had the jumbo shrimp cocktail chilled to start, very fresh. We primarily wanted to try the beef options. Filet mignon, rib eye, beef rib, lamb and pork belly were very tender. Picanha was not as tender. Salad bar was great. Music was a little on the party side but not unbearable. Valet parking. All the meats come out fresh and frequent. Servers are surprisingly attentive and quick to respond to requests despite the insane size of the place (we always request the lamb chops and grilled cheese ASAP).  Despite being a chain restaurant, the quality of the beef is impeccable. We were less impressed by the chicken and pork dishes, but it’s AYCE, so no issue with that. Only complaint is that despite making reservations, we still often have to wait 20+ minutes to be seated because of how busy the restaurant is.
