The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a refined elegance that enhances the overall experience. The real highlight of our evening was the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Maynor. From the moment we were seated, his attentiveness and genuine hospitality were unparalleled. Maynor anticipated our every need, ensuring that our drinks were never empty and that we always had the perfect cut of meat on our plates. His warm demeanor and attention to detail truly elevated our dining experience, making us feel like honored guests. If you’re looking for a Fogo de Chão location that combines impeccable service, a welcoming atmosphere, and their signature culinary excellence, Cypress is the place to go. The food is always great here, it is my second time dining here. However, the floors are always dangerously slippery. My first visit I almost slipped wearing sandals, this last visit I wore shoes and my whole party experienced and mentioned the slippery floors, made it difficult to walk thru the salad bar thinking we’d slip and fall with our food in hand.

The service is always exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring your visit is nothing short of amazing. The food is simply incredible—there’s a wide selection of meats, including various cuts of beef, lamb, shrimp, and pork, all perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. One of the highlights is the endless supply of food. Servers consistently come around offering small bites of everything, ensuring you get to sample the full variety. It’s a feast that feels both indulgent and exciting! That said, we did notice an unexpected price increase for the Christmas Eve dinner. There was a $30 holiday upcharge that we weren’t aware of beforehand. While the food and experience were worth it, a heads-up about the holiday pricing would have been appreciated. Overall, Chama Gaucha remains a top choice for a special occasion or a memorable dining experience. Great food, fantastic service, and an enjoyable atmosphere make it well worth a visit!

Great Christmas Eve dinner. Delicious meats and an excellent salad bar. The fried cheese is some of the best!
