If ever we experience a hiccup, the Manager immediately walks around to listen and within minutes jumps into action. There are times especially Christmas Day when the restaurant is in full swing and depending on the seating, the selections are not brought around to the back of the restaurant as timely. This time, they just seemed a bit more rushed. The quality of the food was not as good as our previous visits either. Several of the meat choices had more fat and grissel than I thought they should have. The grilled shrimp were good but a bit tougher than they should have been.
