This time, that wasn't available. We had previously called to ask if it was available since the price was advertised as a March special and were told that it was included. When we got there, we were told that they no longer did the carving at the table as in the past. While there was still a carving station, and the food was good and plentiful, the unique experience was missing and there weren't as many choices as before.
