My friend and I had a table booked for a late lunch at 15.00. I turned up at around 14.30, and it was no trouble at all that I was so early. We both went for the fixed price menu at £19 for two courses, and had the salmon rillette and chicken satay to start, followed by the haddock fishcake and shepherd's pie. My friend had a side of green beans as well. The food was all delicious, as usual at The Ivy, and the service was efficient and friendly - although our young waitress was asking us about the food before we'd had a chance to eat anything. The bill, with two glasses of House Champagne and a large glass of Sauvignon Blanc came to roughly £50 each including service.

Great family restaurant with extensive gluten free menu. Would happily dine again.

Six of our family came together for lunch. It was an easy place to find being near to the station, bus routes and with a space for a taxi. We had reserved a table which was waiting for us and the service was really good, even though the restaurant was busy. The food was very nice, a good selection to suit everyone and a special menu for the gluten intolerant. We thought that the prices were very good. As we had met from different parts of the country, we had a lot to talk about and were really pleased that the music wasn't too loud at all. I think that the waiters and waitresses were so available and helpful was what made it especially appreciated by our group. I would definitely recommend Giraffe Victoria as a place to meet and eat.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, the food was good and well presented. Although a little too cold lukewarm and it took really long to arrive. There was a mix up with the order as some items were left off etc but the staff were keen to rectify the issue. The rum punch was tasty. Overall really nice, despite the wait and lukewarm warm food.
