So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come.     Really cool spot atop a pretty new skyscraper. Great views of downtown Philadelphia and the surrounding area, but the food was just as good! Will definitely go back on my next visit for drinks and dinner!

    Our server was incredible, my partner has food allergies and she felt really safe and also the kitchen made a plate of carrots and dip in place of the bread service for her. The food was outstanding with our favorite being the grapefruit and burrata dish.

    Our party of 5 had a wonderful dining experience! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed all apps and entrees. The drinks were delicious and our waiter was very attentive but also let us enjoy our own conversations. Only slight on our experience was a slower than anticipated bar service, would still recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.
