Our share style menus marry unique modern Australian flavours, with inspiration from the legend himself, James Squire. Nestled on the Sydney Harbour, the waterfront views certainly enhance the ambiance of Squire's Waterfront Restaurant. Please note all of our Restaurant menus are now share style.Bookings are available for the Restaurant. If you have 8 or more guests, a set menu and 10% gratuity apply. Our in-house microbrewery is another iconic addition to everything that The Squire’s Landing is. From James Squire’s iconic crafts, to our limited release small batch brews, you’re bound to come across something unique in our Brewhouse. Our Brewhouse menu boasts hearty pub classics with a twist.The Ground Floor Brewhouse accepts reservations all year round with seasonal minimum spends. Please refer to the booking widget and your specific date for the minimum spend. We take groups of 15-30 guests. For all smaller groups and parties that do not wish to prepay a minimum spend, the venue is available on a walk-in basis. Reservations for the Restaurant on the 1st floor can be made through the "Squire's Waterfront Restaurant" on open table.10% surcharge applies on Sundays. 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. Established in 2017 by Executive Chef, Thomas Cauquil and Brewery Director, Vincent De Soyres, Frenchies Bistro & Brewery specialises in creating food and drinks for friends, all in a relaxed, casual, and unique setting, where customers have the option to dine surrounded by brewing tanks.Leaning on fresh, local, seasonal produce, the duo create all of their products in-house, from smoked and cured meats and hand rolled pastas, to Frenchies' award-winning beers and spritzes.Thomas and Vince first met at Albert de Mun Hotel and Catering School in Paris in 2005. From there, Thomas went on to work at Michelin star restaurants including Le Violon d’Ingres* in Paris and El Chaflán in Madrid, meanwhile Vince set his sights on Australia, and moved from Ninkasi Brewery in Lyon to the Little Brewing Co. in Port Macquarie in 2010, followed by the Flat Rock Brew Café. Thomas joined Vince in Australia in 2013, and they transformed their dream into a reality with the opening of Frenchies.

Our Slow Lane Brewery Taproom & Kitchen serves up Neapolitan-style pizzas using our own house made slow-fermented pizza dough. Our bar pours our full range of beers brewed on-site as well as wine, cider, cocktails, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks. We are a family friendly venue with plenty of outdoor seating. Kids and dogs are most welcome. Our venue hosts live music every Sunday afternoon 3-6pm.
