The food was ok but portion size wasn’t great if I’m honest I still felt hungry afterwards i do understand that prices would be high so can’t complain about that the staff did a good job and very professional

Would definitely come back when its warm to enjoy the outdoor scenery.

It has been a few months since we dined at The George but we received a lovely warm welcome and had a faultless, delicious dinner. Looking forward to returning .

Great meal in lovely location. Restaurant elegant with a relaxed atmosphere. Menu not large but had a good varied choice. Food well cooked and beautifully presented. Reasonably priced. Only criticism would be the lack of vegetables with the meal - they were more of a garnish. Would have liked a side dish of veg especially as the meat portions were quite large. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful hotel to have afternoon tea. We were lucky enough to be able to sit outside . The view was lovely and we could take our time to eat and enjoy .
