Excellent dinner for two, first visit. Requested a table in a very quiet position, near a fireplace if possible. Though could not easily see latter, were perfectly tucked around corner away from main seating area. Food choice and quality excellent, glass of wine each good. Only drawback that two of the ?five pudding options were gone, and this being not late in the evening. Slightly un-attended service, perhaps in part due to our tucked-away position, but this was very polite and helpful whenever waiters were by the table. All three courses came promptly after ordering with an acceptable wait. Cost of meal high, but fair value for the overall experience. We relished the ambience, so enjoying our evening there that we didn't notice the time, had to pay the bill very fast and run for a train (got it two mins to spare!). Would come again for a treat.

Great restaurant . Staff were really outstanding , food was really good . We had a lovely time and was very happy with everything . Would definitely return and would definitely recommend .

Very nice decor and the food is delicious. Also the service is discreet whilst attentive. The prices are on the steep side, especially the drinks, though given everything tastes good that can be forgiven. The only slight negative is that the music levels are a bit loud for diners trying to have a conversation, which you would hope is the case for everyone. So why the urge to give the place a bar vibe? The only area safe from the din is outside. Might consider that if there's a next time.

Great food, great service. Our waiter - I think his name was Adeel? Was very attentive and friendly! The sommelier was great as always, I believe her name is Maria - she’s always super knowledgeable!
