A few short steps from the British Museum, The Blue Door Bistro provides a welcoming and informal bistro-style setting. Light and airy at lunchtime, warm and cosy by evening, the room is decorated on three sides with a panoramic view of London circa 1849. Together with the rich mahogany panelled walls, effective use of mirrored glass, and contemporary wrought iron wall lights, an ambience rooted in the hotel’s location is beautifully achieved. Executive chef, Martin Halls, blends seasonal ingredients and herbs from our garden with classical techniques to create seasonal British menus. Our cuisine is commended with an AA rosette and accredited by the Sustainable Restaurant Association (2 stars). In all of our products, we only use free-range eggs and are committed to sustainable fisheries for our fish supplies. The Ledbury is located the heart of Notting Hill.Since opening in 2005, it has become one of London's more established restaurants, gaining 3 Michelin stars in 2024. The restaurant prides itself on showcasing seasonal ingredients along with their own Deer, Jersey Cows and Iberian Pigs which are reared by Chef/Owner Brett Graham. After a 2 year hiatus, The Ledbury reopened with a new look dining room and their own in house Fungarium. The kitchen is being overseen by Head Chef Tom Spenceley and the dining room is headed up by General Manager Jack Settle.

    Lovely lunch as always at Brasserie of Light. Our server from the Dominican Republic was outstanding. Warm and friendly service, nothing was too much trouble for her. Food good and loved the new presentation of the chicken Milanese. We shared a bottle of Gavi which was excellent and good value. Great job team

    The fried calamari app and the classic cod fish & chips were so good!! Especially with the tartar and curry sauces. Also the employees were so nice even though I spilled an entire glass of soda on the ground so there’s that lol. Highly rec!

    On a busy ,at the same time, nondescript street in Kentish Town, almost unnoticed, sits a hidden gem, Parakeet Pub. The pub is charming itself when you step through the door but venture furter in and you'll be pleasantly surprised by a beautiful dining room at the far end of the pub Yes, you've ventured in off Kentish Town High street and discovered another world of fine dining, fabulous food and charming helpful staff. Highly recommended.
