Atmospheric location and cosy environment. The choice and quality of the food was very good but it was the service that was excellent. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive.

As always the food was excellent. The position of our table could have been a bit warmer.

We love the Ivy, relaxed yet smart, excellent food & wine .. English / European with a twist.. but above all great service .. especially today with our man from Guilford..

I love this place. Food good, mostly. But this time the dessert was not quite as hoped with a great deal of ersatz chocolate sauce on profiteroles that were supposed to be caramel, which was disappointing, but the burger and fish finger sandwich were excellent. The service was slow because of a very loud large group next to us who took priority. But we weren’t in a rush luckily. I’m looking forward to the lobster roll being back on as indicated on the website menu, but I always seem to go when it’s not ‘in season’ I am told.
