Attention to detail is key and no stone was left unturned in the pursuit of the finest local produce available. BóTOWN’s 7oz beef patties are 100% Irish and sourced from one of Ireland’s most distinguished producers, award-winning Gilligan’s Farm. Their soft brioche buns are freshly baked every day in Coghlan’s Artisan Bakery in Naas, Co. Kildare. As well as beef, there are chicken and vegetarian/vegan burgers, a variety of side dishes such as chicken wings, halloumi stick and Mac n Cheese. Gluten-free options are also available.
