BóTOWN is the home of craft burgers and beers but the restaurant has so much more to offer, including a wide selection of craft ciders, wines, hot drinks and milkshakes. Attention to detail is key and no stone was left unturned in the pursuit of the finest local produce available. BóTOWN’s 7oz beef patties are 100% Irish and sourced from one of Ireland’s most distinguished producers, award-winning Gilligan’s Farm. Their soft brioche buns are freshly baked every day in Coghlan’s Artisan Bakery in Naas, Co. Kildare. As well as beef, there are chicken and vegetarian/vegan burgers, a variety of side dishes such as chicken wings, halloumi stick and Mac n Cheese. Gluten-free options are also available.
