Absolutely wonderful meal with incredible service. Hands down the best French onion soup I've ever had. Really great cocktails too!

I’ve been in the city a bunch of times and passed this restaurant many times without trying - had a family day in the city and kids love burgers and shakes - so thought i would give it a try and happy that I did. The burgers were really good, the shakes really good. The service was great - thank you Stefanie. My only suggestions is that you show go in very hungry and not over order as everything comes out oversized . The pretzel barely fits on the table (just kidding) but it’s huge . Lots of food and wish I didn’t eat breakfast or lunch . Next time (and there will be one) I know.

Very busy Saturday morning, yet we were seated quickly and even before our reservation time. They have a huge menu and both of our meals were excellent. Have dined at two different locations and were pleased with both.

5 Napkin Burger is my favorite place to dine when in the Times Square area before or after going to the theater or if just if in the area.

Best time for love birds on a budget. Staff was friendly, food was good, overall an amazing experience. Thanks White Castle Union City!
