From Chef Srijith Gopinathan and restaurateur Ayesha Thapar, the creators of Ettan, Copra and Little Blue Door, Eylan offers seasonally-driven Cal-Indian cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, with thoughtfully sourced produce and a variety of proteins cooked over the embers and served alongside clever riffs on traditional breads from different regions of India. The bar program by West-Bev and Christopher Longoria draws upon the kaleidoscope of ingredients and techniques that make up global cocktail culture, while also taking inspiration from the culinary traditions of India. Wine director Andre Sydnor's program offers depth in classic regions like Burgundy, Champagne, Piedmont, and California, offering a variety of options for casual wine lovers while including more exclusive selections for serious oenophiles.

A hip and fun restaurant with chef's counter dining, serving thoughtful American cuisine, with an emphasis on local seasonal products.Ethel's Fancy is open at 5 PM Tuesday - Saturday.We have a small dining room with a limited amount of reservable tables. We do keep our Bar seats and a table in the restaurant open for people to walk-ins. Walk-ins are on a first come basis. Please do not make multiple reservations with the intention of combining reservations to increase party size.All guests must be present before your party will be seated.To help provide a seamless experience for all our guests, we have allocated 2-hours for your group of 2 to 4 people.

Established in 1959, owners Jenny Youll and Mike Sabina expanded the once small coffeehouse of St. Michaels Alley into this intimate dining establishment in 2009. The restaurant provides three comfortable spaces for a dinner out with friends, date night, or a complete private event. The main dining room is wood paneled and intimate. The front room / bar area is more casual and social, yet still offers tables with linens and the full menu. The solid wood bar is a favorite dining spot for many of the regulars and locals. A beautiful outdoor patio is most enjoyable on warm summer days and nights as it open to the sky.     Thank you. We were so excited to go to a restaurant where we didn’t have to order our food and ask to change this or eliminate that to make the meal vegetarian or vegan. The food was innovative and tasty. We loved it all. Our waitress was amazing her suggestions were great and she had so much positive energy while explaining the menu and making suggestions that set the mood for our dinner. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, but she wore glasses. Please let her know what a fantastic waitress she is.

    A truly memorable evening . Highlights were an incredible artwork of dishes where it was very difficult to pick a favorite as so many were outstanding. We had excellent and helpful service. Also the general manager was very friendly and was doing a very good job. Highly recommended
