From Chef Srijith Gopinathan and restaurateur Ayesha Thapar, the creators of Ettan, Copra and Little Blue Door, Eylan offers seasonally-driven Cal-Indian cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, with thoughtfully sourced produce and a variety of proteins cooked over the embers and served alongside clever riffs on traditional breads from different regions of India.     A fabulous menu, great service and exquisite dishes. For the 1st course we selected scallops, the butternut squash soup and the pecan crusted quail. Everyone if them was extremely delicious, well balanced and was enjoyed tremendously. We had requested items from the special “game” menu, and even we had a ver late reservation, the chef had maintained a few options for us- all of which were so well cooked; the filet mignon was lean but most tender it melted in your mouth, the Bison and Duck dishes were prepared so expertly and tasted wonderful. For dessert we had, flourless chocolate cake- silky and chocolaty, creme brûlée that was so floral and silky and smooth and every drop was finished and the pistachio cake was tasty as well! The blue velvet cocktail was so unique and aromatic that will be a favorite from now on! The service and hospitality from every member of the staff specially Sebastian was superb and welcoming. We love the restaurant, the forrest room setting, the staff and services, the food and the chef’s talent!
