Ten Foot Henry is my favourite restaurant in Calgary and has been consistently for years!! My favourite dish of the night was the new “marinated beets” with mama ghanoush, salted ricotta (I omitted due to dairy allergy) & cured zucchini - A true chefs kiss/honourable mention to this extraordinary explosion of flavours, vivid colours and complimentary textures which paired superb with my delightful blueberry roiboos tea! As per usual, a lovely dinner at River Cafe. Hadn’t been for a while, so brought our guests to enjoy with us. Round of cocktails were great - unique and tasty. Beet and pea agnolotti appies were delicious. Our friends have a garlic sensitivity and the kitchen was amazing about it and made them a special fish dish without garlic. Much appreciated. The artic char and tenderloin entrees were cooked to perfection and very delicious. Our server was great - helpful and attentive. Freezing cold walk over made it that much more cozy inside. Still always cringe at the bill ($420 for 4) but worth it as a treat.

I was here for Valentine’s Day 2025 and despite how busy The Guild was the staff were still very accommodating, and went above and beyond. I definitely will be coming back again, the atmosphere, the vibe of it all was awesome.

The newly renovated Woodside Golf Course Restaurant - 525 is excellent. We use to go years ago until the food, service and decor failed for us. The new '525'- the food, menu options, service, staff, ambiance and decor were all excellent and decently priced. Highly recommend.

Overall, our experience was good. We were a large group of 20 and the restaurant attempted to ensure all our beverage and food orders were met.
