Our large lower level (with games, darts and a pool table) accommodates private groups of 20-55 people. On the main level, we have tables that easily seat groups of 10 to 30 people. Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. Wow, that was a mouthful. But can you blame us? We’re a restaurant. One that specializes in delicious food and great times. Our goal is to make you laugh. And depending on your hot sauce tolerance, cry.In all seriousness, we take real pride in our food. Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub. Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration. But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. If you’re into at least one of those things, we should hang out.

    We were five diners (2 teenagers) with 4 different plates. Everyone remarked on the quality and tastiness of their dishes. Prices were reasonable and service was efficient and 'with a smile'. Would definitely visit The Friendly Society again when in Elora.

    Always an amazing experience. Beautiful estate , incredible buffet and friendly and efficient service . Great value of champagne and Caesars included in the price . A lot of our friends have never been and love it . Will be back many times to come . Thanks Anthony Pucci

    Two members in our party ordered salad… which was definitely not worth the price. The bowl of iceberg lettuce they both got with some toppings was pretty sad, that being said they did eat it all so they taste was there- but don’t go for the salads lol my son ordered nachos for one, but when the kitchen made the order they made nachos for a party lol so that was a welcomed mistake, they let him have that for the nachos for one price. I had the club sandwich, it was awesome, and their fries are so so good. Go for the pub food, it’s great! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was quiet, though I could see on game nights it could be very busy and loud.
