Crowsfoot Restaurant is located in the small farming community of Conestogo, Ontario and stands on what is known to be one of the oldest venue sites in the region. Settled by Mennonites and German immigrants in the 1820s, the site has has a continued tradition of serving great food in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.Crowsfoot Restaurant will look to support the farmers in our surrounding region by offering a menu that combines the community's rich German culture with classic Southern-style Smokehouse barbecue. Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. Wow, that was a mouthful. But can you blame us? We’re a restaurant. One that specializes in delicious food and great times. Our goal is to make you laugh. And depending on your hot sauce tolerance, cry.In all seriousness, we take real pride in our food. Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub. Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration. But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. If you’re into at least one of those things, we should hang out.

    Fantastic experience once again at the Ancaster Mill for brunch. Incredible variety of food. Ambience is beautiful year round, service was very good. A tad pricey, but a great place to go on special occasions, especially at christmas time.

    We had a lovely Christmas Dinner and we didn't need to clean up! Isabelle was great for the 12 of us. Most had the Prime Rib Christmas dinner with Sweet Potato's and Yorkshire Pudding or the Short Rib dinner with carrots asparagus scallop potatoes and little potatoes. One of us had the Chicken and Declared it delicious. Only 3 apps and salads which was probably wise because the meals were filling. Hubby chose a nice Spanish wine. We finished with cappuccino, two had a dessert of the chocolate tart. It was a very nice Christmas! The only downside is the noise level. Maybe the restaurant could think about modifying the ceiling with material to absorb sound. Otherwise it's a great place for lunch or dinner!

    1st time dining at Crowsfoot. Every dish was made with exceptional care & delivered at perfect serving temperature as it came out. Flavour was off the charts, and service was well above outstanding. Will look for every opportunity to dine here again
