Simmer Huang launched on the market in 2004. The main feature of its dish is to apply the traditional cooking method of ‘simmering’ to modern catering. It is cooked completely by the water of the food itself, without adding water to the pot. The main feature of the restaurant is to advocate a standardized Chinese food model of ‘no chef, no smoke, and no repeated use of ingredients’.

Yauatcha City opened in May 2015 in Broadgate Circle, just outside Liverpool Street Station. This is Yauatcha’s second UK location following the success of its award winning restaurant in Soho. Thank you for hosting our patt of 6 with our children. The gentleman at the bar was extremely accommodating, very patient, helpful and friendly. I forgot to get his name, but he was lovely! Food was tasty! Absolutely yummy and very filling! Very warm and hearty for a cold London afternoon! We will be back! Thanks again Kind regards,

We enjoyed a delicious meal, and the staff were very friendly and offered great service. The cocktail we had was also very good. I’d highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely go back again when I’m in the area.

Lovely food and generous portions. Good variety on the menu. We really enjoyed the chicken lettuce cups and soft fried noodles. My granddaughter enjoyed trying to eat with chop sticks. The waitress very kindly offered help and she was able to eat most of her food with them . Fabulous views. A really enjoyable experience for myself and family.
