Kai Mayfair’s cuisine has its foundation in Nanyang Chinese cooking, the region located within the South Seas of China. It takes a ‘Liberated’ approach to Chinese cooking, respectful of the flavours from its Chinese heritage but not bound by it, offering a menu primarily of specialities unique to Kai. Can I just say Thank you to the Hakkasan team, I was very late, due to miscalculation of traffic, road works etc. Staff were still very very accommodating, they didn’t kick of a fuss they were very polite and professional they simply asked us to wait for a free table before being seated. The food was 10/10 the drinks were spot on everything about this night was fab. Thank you will deffo be back in the new years x
