LOCKES is a family run, neighbourhood cocktail and pizza bar in the centre of theatre land, located, three minutes walk from both Covent Garden and Holborn tube stations. Specialising in Neapolitan style sourdough pizza from Chef Alessandro Parisi, the cocktail menu has been created by our head bartender, Mattia Cavola. Excellent as always I choose Cheese souffle which was amazing followed by Ray Wing with capers and a beautiful buttery apple pie with clotted cream and a well priced bottle of Lugana. If you like fish this for me is the best fish restaurant in London and steeped in so much history the staff are always so pleasant

We were greeted by really lovely members of the team, I arrived a fair bit early and there was no problem with me sitting at the table whilst I waited for my party to arrive. The food was good and the service continued to be top notch. We were surprised as had walked past the restaurant so often in the past, definitely one to come back to.

Nice central venue. Good atmosphere and fairly busy. Service was good and good as expected at Slug and lettuce. Good for an enjoyable lunch near tourist centres.
