Wonderful service with all of our needs taken care of. My youngest finds it hard to be comfortable to eat in strange places and she made to feel instantly at ease. Foods was delicious and arrived promptly. Thank you. We will be back next time we attend a West End show.

In a lovely area of the hotel but we were placed at a coffee table set up - not a real table which made eating and drinking difficult as you were bent over reaching down and trying to pour your tea and eat the sandwiches. They then seemingly forgot us, we had to flag someone down to ask for more tea and when we finally flagged someone down to get the desserts they realized we didn’t get any scone service. I then had to ask twice for the bill just so we could get out as it appeared they forgot us again. They nicely took some off the bill but didn’t make the special afternoon tea date worth it.
