We went to Fernando’s Hideaway. I went with my two friends, we were served by Amanda and Jamie. Both of them were great and were attentive to everything we needed. We never missed our drinks and the food was amazing. I would gladly go again and definitely will be.

On the evening of Thursday, December 26, 2024 we dined at Red Rooster & it was a lovely experience. We are a totally blind couple & the staff could not have been more accommodating. Our waitress, Autumn could not have been nicer and more attentive. Each time she put down an item, she told us where she put the item & what each thing was. She made drink recommendations & they were spot on. The food was delicious & we asked if they could cut up our stakes & they did so, willingly and without any hesitation. It was the best dining experience we have ever had. We were honored that the Chef came out & spoke to us about the food. He re-assured us that each time we were there the service would be at the same standards, top notch. The security guard was so nice to escort us to our cab. We highly recommend the Red Rooster for a fabulous dining experience.

I made an reservation and arrived about 15 minutes early which allowed us to enjoy some time at the bar. The bar staff were absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, we waited 43 minutes past our scheduled time before I mentioned to the bartender that no one had come to seat us. The young lady who checked us in seemed a bit flustered at first but eventually realized she hadn’t come to get us when the table was ready. After being seated, it took a while for someone to come over for our drink orders. Once we finally got our drinks, there was another wait to place our food order. The food was fantastic, but the service needs improvement—particularly with a more reliable hostess and servers. The bar staff are doing a great job, but they can’t handle everything on their own. Overall, despite these few hiccups, our experience was fantastic, and I would definitely return!

What truly made the evening special was the outstanding service. Our server went above and beyond, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. They made us feel welcome and ensured every detail of our celebration was flawless. The highlight? A surprise chocolate cake adorned with a “Happy Birthday” sign written in elegant white chocolate. It was a thoughtful touch that made my aunt’s milestone birthday even more memorable. Broadway Lounge exceeded all expectations with its incredible food, unparalleled service, and celebratory spirit.
