Inspired by the classic cantinas of Mexico the bar pushes the perception of what a margarita can be.The 100 strong tequila selection is fuelled by trips to the source in Mexico and includes agave spirits from around the world. We’ve pushed our connections to get our hands on some truly special, rare bottles. Layered Latin cantina classic drinks, filtered through the infamous MUCHO lens, shaped by Cantina OK! and Bar Planet. Precise, fresh fruit-driven, fun and chaotic. Ice-cold glasses, hand pressed lime juice, ice shaved-to-order, and a thoughtful use of the modern Sydney pantry. Our menu is designed to feel familiar and fresh at the same time. The Full of privacy and stylish environment makes it an ideal venue for any special occasion or a relaxing evening. We are a bar with a seating capacity of only 24. Due to the limited number of seats and to ensure a better experience for all guests, we do not accommodate walk-in groups of more than three people without a prior reservation.Please note that reservations will be held for a maximum of fifteen minutes. We only allow entry once the reserved number of guests have arrived. The dining time is limited to 90 minutes. Frank Mac's. Gin & Cocktail Bar The original 1840s sandstone walls of the building Frank Mac’s now occupies a 120-person capacity bar which flows from outdoor seating on George Street, across two levels and into a back courtyard. Whereas the downstairs space feels cosy and intimate, dotted with vintage leather banquettes, dark jade and light orange velvet armchairs, low tables and a fireplace, the ground level you’ll walk into off George Street will reflect the energy of the bartenders working behind the almost five-metre-long oak bar. A handful of bar stools provide the perfect vantage point to take in the cocktail mixology while the dark velvet curtains, worn leather banquette seats and cosy fireplace of the ‘Snug’ provides groups of up to eight with a private space to retreat and relax.

Best bar i have ever go for i always love for some good craft cocktail and this bar have give me and my uncle the best experience ever although the price a bit high but its not unaffordable

Great cozy and unassuming cocktail bar. It is upstairs in a lane next to the Marriott, and would have missed it had I not do a search. It’s small, maybe seating for 40 or people max. Great ambiance and music. Really nice and helpful staff. The cocktails were delicious.
