Love the homemade sodas with fresh fruit! Homestyle cooking and farm fresh ingredients. There were plenty of things for my picky eater children to choose from as well

We received everything we expected. The food was wonderful. Every dish looks like the pictures and teast better. Our server wasn't very pleasant but we overlooked it. We were a group of 6 and all the food arrived at the same time and with no issues. We are looking forward to returning soon.

We made a reservation for the restaurant, but our goal was to make it down to the Roja Lounge. It's first come first serve and a smaller space, but we were eager to try it. The tequila and mezcal selection was very interesting and we were looking forward to try some of their cocktails or even a flight. Turns out, we were intrigued by the Mexican wines so we didn't do any cocktails! My husband did try a Mezcal that he really enjoyed. We ended up just ordering appetizers and were very full. Our favorite were the wagyu beef empanadas. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a Sunday night and there was live music. By the time we left at 7pm the place was popping!

My husband and I enjoyed our dinner experience. We went the day after Valentine’s Day. The restaurant was more crowded than I expected. The tables were too close to each other which put a damper on having any type of private conversation. It appeared tables were added in areas that would normally not be there to accommodate the number of people dining. That was the one disappointing part of our evening. The service and food was exceptional.

O-Ku Sushi in DC is a fantastic spot for fresh, high-quality sushi with a stylish ambiance. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the creative rolls and nigiri are expertly prepared. The atmosphere is modern yet inviting, making it a great place for a date night or a special occasion. The service is attentive, and the cocktails pair well with the sushi. Overall, it’s a great spot for sushi lovers looking for a refined but approachable dining experience in DC.
