Our first time going to The Cutlery and will not be the last. My girlfriend and I started with the garlic butter clams- very good, the broth the clams were steamed in was amazing. For our main we ordered the porterhouse along with the broccolini and it was exceptional! We cannot stop talking about it and for dessert we had the sweet potato pie, it was very good. Overall, great experience, staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be going back.

What a gem of a place! Came here for our Valentine's Day Lunch. Ambiance: Feels like you stepped back in time, velvet covered seating, cozy nooks, art deco fixtures and decor. Service: Friendly, welcoming, attentive, helpful, expeditious. Food/Drinks: Everything we tried was delicious, fresh, homemade and different in a good way! We tried the Devils on Horseback, Bao Buns, Tagliatelle Carbonara (fresh pasta) and the Fish & Chips. For dessert we had the Ice Cream Sandwich, for today it was chocolate chip cookies and we chose vanilla ice cream sandwiched in between. Drink menu had many fun and creative choices, nice selection of spirits. Cleanliness: This is the cleanest restaurant I think I have ever been in! Tables are wiped with disposable disinfectant wipes then thrown away. Not the same rag that was used to wipe other tables and who knows what else and is never rinsed. There was no dust to the visible eye, fixtures, furniture, baseboards immaculately clean, no crumbs hiding under the booths, no dust collecting on the AC vents or high light fixtures. Bathrooms tidy and clean. Parking: Street metered parking or with a short walk you can park in a public parking garage or lot. Overall, a wonderful experience! Will definitely be going back to try other menu items!

Great food and atmosphere! Burger was absolutely amazing.

Menu is the best and one of the largest on Ohau. Something for everyone from Hamburgers to Curry Rice to Steamed fish over tofu. Thai, Japanese, Chinese Vietnamese and American selections are there. Deserts are delicious... Service is friendly and fantastic. Parking is validated in garage behind the restaurant. Use back door in garage to come and go. Best restaurant in Kaka'aku.

I recently visited for the first time for brunch, and it was such an energetic and lively spot! The atmosphere was inviting, with plenty of buzz to keep the energy up while still feeling comfortable. The food was absolutely delightful. I tried the Croquet madam and it was perfectly balanced with rich flavors. The crab cakes were equally impressive—crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. One unique aspect of the experience was being able to play board games while waiting for our food. We chose Scrabble, which made the time fly by and added a fun, interactive twist to the meal. Overall, this place is a great choice for a delicious brunch with a side of entertainment. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu and enjoy the lively vibes!
