Il faut également souligner le service 5 étoiles de Madame Axel qui est sans faute. Un plaisir à chaque visite. We had the experience of a life time! Sam in the back bar was amazing! Didn’t know anything about the food and he made it easy pleasy! We were able to meet the famous Chef Chuck Hughes, that took down Bobby Flay! He went out of his way to come over and talk to us, also gave us recommendations for other restaurants. The food amazing, experience even better!

This isn’t our first time dining at Jellyfish. The food is nothing less than exceptional, moreover, the place is consistent. The ambience is great and modern with a great vibe. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. The Retelle pasta with oxtail and bone marrow is a must have!

This was a fantastic find!!! Food was so flavorful, menu is very original, the decor is a fantastic modern twist to the traditional dinner and the waitress made sure we had an outstanding experience. This is officially the highlight of my trip to Montreal.
