Carnegie Diner & Café offers limited reservations 30% only and 70% walk in. We are brand new and we like to accommodate all of you. Carnegie Diner features an extensive all-day breakfast menu in addition to serving a wide selection of salads, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, steaks, fresh fish, pastas, desserts and more. All day breakfast items include a Classic Benedict with optional addition of lobster, Avocado Toast, a BLT Quinoa Bowl with chopped bacon and poached eggs, Steak and Eggs, and three eggs any style served with hash browns and bread. There are a dozen types of pancakes, decadent waffles and French Toast offered. The restaurant also features a full page of plant-based options. Food was amazing. So fresh and delicious.. We ordered of the a la carte menu for brunch. There was a buffet and it looks amazing, but we were glad we went with the a la carte menu. The food was fresh and the servings were just enough! The biscuits and beignet were to die for soooo good. Our server informed us that everything there was farmed locally and they even made their own syrup which was delicious.
