Carnegie Diner & Café offers limited reservations 30% only and 70% walk in. We are brand new and we like to accommodate all of you. Carnegie Diner features an extensive all-day breakfast menu in addition to serving a wide selection of salads, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, steaks, fresh fish, pastas, desserts and more. All day breakfast items include a Classic Benedict with optional addition of lobster, Avocado Toast, a BLT Quinoa Bowl with chopped bacon and poached eggs, Steak and Eggs, and three eggs any style served with hash browns and bread. There are a dozen types of pancakes, decadent waffles and French Toast offered. The restaurant also features a full page of plant-based options. Lunch and dinner entrees include rib-eye steak, Atlantic salmon, fish n’ chips, shrimp spaghetti and spaghetti carbonara. We had a reservation and were seated within a few minutes of our arrival - just enough time for us to get a view of the buffet. The buffet was well staffed and had a wide variety of items to choose from. Since this was our first visit, the hostess who seated us gave good description of buffet and explained the menus and beverages. Our waiter, Aaron, was just as good, introducing himself, explaining and taking our drink orders, and keeping track of the needs of our table and I'm sure, the others he was responsible for. A manager, Dean, stopped by to answer our questions about Founding Farmer and to make sure we had what we needed and our expectations were being met. Both he and our waiter Aaron were very pleasant, helpful, and met our needs in the midst of a very busy environment.

We had a wonderful Christmas Day dinner for seven family members. Our first time at Barrel and Bushel but the service, food and atmosphere were all great!

Had a really good first experience taking my family to this restaurant. Our waitress was wonderful. She kept us informed of everything I feel that we needed to be informed of. The food was in good portions, everything was well cooked, well plated, and served perfectly. Will definitely be back! Thank you to the falls and all of the staff
