Carnegie Diner & Café offers limited reservations 30% only and 70% walk in. We are brand new and we like to accommodate all of you. Carnegie Diner features an extensive all-day breakfast menu in addition to serving a wide selection of salads, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, steaks, fresh fish, pastas, desserts and more. All day breakfast items include a Classic Benedict with optional addition of lobster, Avocado Toast, a BLT Quinoa Bowl with chopped bacon and poached eggs, Steak and Eggs, and three eggs any style served with hash browns and bread. There are a dozen types of pancakes, decadent waffles and French Toast offered. The restaurant also features a full page of plant-based options. Lunch and dinner entrees include rib-eye steak, Atlantic salmon, fish n’ chips, shrimp spaghetti and spaghetti carbonara. Restaurants in Alsace traditionally have a formal main dining room as well as a casual dining room known locally as a weinstube or brasserie. At the brasserie, diners may enjoy traditional, hearty Alsatian dishes in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. These friendly establishments are immensely popular with Alsatians and visiting them is always the best part of my trips back to Alsace. I opened Jacques' Brasserie at L'Auberge Chez François to bring the tastes and comforts of the Alsatian brasserie to Great Falls.

Excellent service, and food was pretty good as it always is here. In fact, their fresh bread on the table is even more hot and delicious than I remember. Pasta is always good here, and the seasonal butternut squash ravioli was absolutely delicious. The veal Marsala special was quite good, too. Though we were too full for dessert, maggiano’s tiramisu is always excellent and this time the slice of chocolate cake looked absolutely like a guilty pleasure but we were trying to watch our intake of sweets.

Ted’s Bulletin’s food is always good. Our experience was pretty good this time as my wife and I were able to discuss menu options with the manager who was very candid with us regarding our choices and also provided his recommendations. Both choices turned out to be delicious. On the other hand, our waitress wasn’t good at all. She was very forgetful as we often had to remind her of specific requests that we asked for. Other times, we had to look for her for refills, and we had to ask one of the other managers for a side of ranch that we asked for with our fries. That was the most frustrating part, but everything else was good.
