Offering elevated modern American cuisine by Chef Javier Lopez, 71Above boasts breathtaking ocean views from Malibu to Laguna Hills, along with spectacular views of Los Angeles and the surrounding mountain ranges. 71Above is a Michelin level experience featuring the finest ingredients, world-class wine list and craft cocktails. The Restaurant and Skylounge have a Smart Casual dress code. Jackets are not required however, no hats, athletic wear, shorts or flip-flops are allowed. Reservations are held for 15 minutes.71Above features a 3 course Prix-Fixe menu for dinner only. We kindly ask all dining room guests to participate in the coursed menu.     I just had a group of professional women in business dinner for 8 and our experience was outstanding. The restaurant is so beautiful, warm and such a unique space. It was a beautiful night even in December so it was wonderful to be able to experience the open roof. The service was perfect and truly the food, cocktails and wine 10/10. I cannot say enough great things! Redbird’s wow factor and wonderful and consistent service will make it a restaurant I entertain at for years to come!

    Took my wife for her birthday and it was amazing, the service was so good and everyone was so friendly and polite to us. We were able to get window seats and the view was unreal. Definitely coming back again soon. P.S Food 100/10 👍🏻👍🏻

    We came to Lemon Grove before we saw Wicked. From the time we walked in the service was perfect! The vibe of the restaurant was buzzing. We had a party of six and everyone ordered something different and could not say enough how delicious everything was. The cocktails were not only great the presentation was fun. We enjoyed the staff and they went out of their way to make our experience special. To the nice guy in the fancy suit that took our family photo cheers to you!! Thanks for a perfect experience.

    Had a great dining experience Fri., 11/22/24. Our server Matt was wonderfully attentive and had extensive knowledge of the menu and cocktail list. The food was great, thoughtful preparation and complex flavor profiles. The live music and holiday decor elevated our experience. Looking forward to our next visit.
