Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. My friend and I chose to try the tasting menu. Overall, the food was phenomenal. I think service was a little bit of a challenge. I found the server to be a little aggressive or a little erratic. There were times where I felt like the server was reaching over me to grab utensils or interrupting conversation with my friend that hindered a little bit of the experience. We also decided to add the wine service. I felt the pours to be okay throughout the tasting menu. All that being said, I’m really excited to come back and try more dishes.

Had a great experience going here for brunch! The food was delicious and service was super attentive and great to us. The food is a little pricey for what you recieve but the ambience is definitely very aesthetic!
