I booked this reservation for a group of family members, and chose Lobby purely because the interior looked beautiful in the photos. I wasn't disappointed... this place is lovely. The food was fantastic and our server was beyond awesome. Unfortunately my aging brain has forgotten her name but she was a pretty blonde that made my **difficult mother** feel very special. Instead of her usual complaints about everything and anything, my mom actually went on and on about what a nice time we had. I think this is the first time in her whole life she has ever said this. Incredible!! If I would suggest anything it might be to make the regular lunch menu available on Sunday as well as the brunch menu. My brother was eager to order the burger from that menu but alas it was not available... Great place with great ambiance. Go now!

This is the place I always suggest to friends when downtown. The service, food, drinks & atmosphere are always beyond exceptional. A huge thanks to the staff for always bringing their A game and making each visit feel so special.

We have been to Joey’s many times in Vancouver and other Joey locations in Toronto but Joey King West is definitely a step up. Fabulous ambiance and decor and they offer unique items not available on the regular Joey menu. Great service, very knowledgeable about the menu and attentive but not rushed. The spicy crab dip was a nice sharable appetizer. My only criticism was the wine. I selected a BOTTLE of Italian super Tuscan from the wine list. When it came out in a carafe I asked the server if I could see the bottle. She told me that it was “on tap”. Really?????? Have never experienced this before anywhere. And not surprisingly, it was sub par.

Our experience was amazing from the time we walked in to the time we left. They really do value the customer, I asked one gentleman where the washroom was and he escorted me all the way there. Our waitress, did not catch her name unfortunately, was outstanding! She introduced us to a new wine, and was very knowledgeable about the wine! They even offered my partner and I a complimentary dessert for our anniversary! Will definitely be returning!

Very excellent attentive service. All the food was delicious. Many of the plates can be shared. A very nice meal.
