    We had a wonderful time. The ambiance was lovely & elegant. Our server, Julio, was so kind & warm. He was attentive & made the whole experience so much more special. The menu was short, but everything we tried was delicious. The serving sizes were perfect. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant for an intimate dinner date or special occasion.

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at Stellar Jay, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.     We had such a great experience at Guard & Grace. The waitstaff was attentive and made great suggestions for our meal. We shared oysters, the filet flight, mushrooms, truffle mac and cheese, and the brussel sprouts. Everything was excellent; a great dinner to end our trip to Denver. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to locals and travelers alike.
