Featuring an array of global flavors and decadent desserts by Chef Deb Paquette and Pastry Chef Megan Williams, Etch is located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in Nashville's SoBro district. The restaurant is equipped with two private dining rooms, a full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating, allowing guests to interact with the culinary team. Lunch and dinner are available Monday-Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday. In her 13 years as Chef/Owner of Zola, Deb received accolades for Nashville's best chef and Nashville's best restaurant multiple times. Nashville restaurants are many, but Etch sets itself apart with bold flavors and colorful presentations.The cuisine at Etch is complemented by our comprehensive wine list, featuring an extensive collection of wines from around the world.     Very cool restaurant, great location for an unconventional Thanksgiving dinner. The shrimp and grits were delicious. The multi floor concept was an experience none of us had ever seen before. Would definitely eat here again.

    We had a wonderful dinner at Gannon‘s. This was our first time dining there, but we would love to come back. We had the raw oysters and the eggplant with shrimp, crab and mornay sauce as appetizers. The oysters were tasty and a nice size. The eggplant mornay was absolutely wonderful. It is large enough to serve as a dinner Portion. I had the filet, which was very good and a small Ish size. My husband had the ribeye, and it was huge. Both are served with a side of roasted vegetables. The servers at the bar (where we ate) were very attentive and friendly and overall just great. Highly recommend!

    From the time we entered, we felt relaxed and taken care of. The dining room was intimate and the tables were spread apart nicely. Everything we ate was delicious-bruschetta, Etch salad, filet, and venison (my husband). The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They knew we weee attending a show at Bridgestone, so they paced appropriately. The price is a little higher ($50 for a filet), but we never felt anyone was trying to upscale us. I highly recommend for a date night or special occasion.
