Organized staff who took care of us well. We ordered the short rib, different types of sea food, steak, which all tasted amazing. I ordered the salmon and was very delicious.

We sent two 29 year old there for lunch, from Washington State....first time to NY! Needless to say BG's lived up to our hype and delivered the experience we were looking for..for them! They are now fully spoiled for fine cuisine and classy treatment! BG's just keeps doing it right. Thx! Cliff

Joe Allen is always a great experience. We frequently enjoy brunch here prior to seeing a Broadway matinee. The staff is top notch. Kudos to Devon! He is a top-notch and professional waiter, anticipating our needs and not rushing us through our meal. He should be on Broadway, as he is funny, witty, clever, and incredibly friendly. Devon definitely added to our experience. The food is delicious. Everything on the menu is five star. The coffee is delicious and plentiful. Our group of six enjoyed salads, eggs Benedict, hamburgers, sides, drinks, and everything was prepared perfectly. The atmosphere also adds to the meal. Beautiful setting and the art on the walls is a hoot.  Highly recommended.

our waitress sang beautifully and delivered us delicious meals. it was very crowded, and we were rushed out. they did warn us (after we had reserved and only on the day of our reservation) that we had one hour to eat. a warning at the time of reservation would have been appreciated, because, with such a late advisement, we had to stand outside in the cold before our curtain.
