The cuisine at Chef Jean-Georges’ abc kitchen reflects a passionate commitment to the freshest organic and local ingredients possible. The restaurant’s changing menu focuses on local, sustainable, seasonal produce that does not use pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, insecticides, or GMOs. Meat, fish, and dairy are locally sourced where possible, from humanely treated, pasture-fed animals free of antibiotics and hormones. A rooftop garden provides herbs and microgreens.     Our first time to Max. Excellent experience. Service was good. Hostess aria was very welcoming and nice. We had apps and dessert. We chose fondue for dessert. It came with marshmallow burner. It was fun and something different.

    Lovely corner spot. They take inKind so figure i'd give it a shot and a solid menu it was! One of each protein and done very well. Loved the openness of the space. So many NYC spots are so small its nice for an Angelino to come over and feel like I'm dining back home with arm room!
