FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks. The service from our server Alejandro was excellent. The restaurant itself was beautiful and well maintained with an excellent view of Manhattan. The food was very good and the background music was at a reasonable level. The only thing I was not a fan of was that the music they played was dance music. It would have been better if they played instrumental jazz or classical.
