As a friendly reminder to our guest, we offer a discounted rate for valet parking at $15 per vehicle. You will be validated once you check in for your reservation at the restaurant. Please note: Grace period of 15 minutes for each reservation. Reservations of 6 or more will require a credit card hold.     Best beef we have had and that includes the famous NY steakhouses that I prefer not to mention. And prices here are a fraction. Do yourself a favor and try it when you visit Miami Beach.

    I highly suggest anyone who dines at Blue Collar should indulge themselves and order the cornbread. Slather it in the honey-butter and enjoy the moment (you can always hit the treadmill tomorrow). Cannot say enough about the lentil soup that appeared with a spicy bite to it - delicious. For a main, ordered the open fire grilled pork chop - again delicious and moist. Shout-out to our server as well - she's a doll. Great experience overall.

    Outstanding culinary experience. Eclectic, “whole-in-the-wall” with Michelin Star, top notch-food. Watching your meal made with front row view and served by both Chef Evan and Osmel adds to the dining delight. Great “pop-up” ambiance and entire staff is in on making your meal highly enjoyable! If you’re in Miami area definitely worth the drive or Uber ride!
