The Dining Club – and newly-renovated Salvator Grille Bar – is located on the third floor of the Clubhouse with an impressive tiered view of the entire paddock and track.New for the 2022 season, the Dining Club experience will offer both a buffet and a la carte. With specific offerings varying by the day, guests will enjoy a create your own soup & salad station, concession fanfare, and rotating desserts! My sister and I went because I own shares on a horse who was racing. The staff was so helpful, welcoming, and attentive. Not only did they provide excellent service they went above and beyond to make sure we knew where everything was since it was our first visit to Monmouth. We look forward to visiting them again!
