Food and service were excellent! Had not been here in several years

My wife and I went for our 6 month anniversary with our first time of eating at Vast. The waiter did and exceptional job keeping us informed and making sure everything was perfect! The food was delicious and the steak was very tender! My wife and I agreed at the end that we would be coming back for sure!!

The food was delicious, I like our waiter as well. He was well knowledge about the menu and gave us great recommendations.

A pleasant surprise to find a quiet dog-friendly place for brunch. I had the holiday 3-course meal (pimento dip, beef rib, and torte) which was a delicious experience. Service was great.

We had a very enjoyable evening. My wife had the gnocchi and loved it. Very rich and flavorful. Our guests had the sole and the short ribs, and both commented on how good they were. I had the halibut and while ok, it was not exceptional. We shared the chocolate Carmel cake and it was delicious. Rachel, our server was a delight. She was knowledgeable and very funny. She is a real addition to the staff. It was a wonderful evening and I would definitely recommend. My only quibble would be the wine mark up. I know this is a big profit point for restaurants, but I contend you would sell more if you reduced the multiple.
