The Grain House Restaurant is located on the picturesque 10-acre estate of the Olde Mill Inn in Basking Ridge, NJ. The Grain House structure was originally built as a barn in the 1760’s and was used to store grain for American Revolutionary soldiers. The barn was later moved to its current location and opened as a restaurant in the 1930’s. Today, the Grain House is a renowned restaurant in North/Central New Jersey, with a comfortable, casual ambiance. The restaurant serves innovative, traditional and contemporary interpretations of American cuisine with some added international accents, prepared under the direction of Executive Chef John Benjamin. Delicious homemade desserts complete the menus, which are revised several times a year.     A giant thank you to our server, Trevor-he was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He made our Thanksgiving extra special! As well, I’d like to commend all of the staff that assisted us: I so appreciated the table we were given-thank you to the hostess for that wonderful, quiet table and the gentleman who was I think part of the bussing team and kindly took a picture for us. Finally, a huge thank you to the chef for the delicious menu! It was a beautiful Thanksgiving and we are so grateful to the Blu on the Hudson team. It was amazing to have such a great dining option on a holiday!

    Excellent food and service. The EOE burger is incredible. Young crowd, very loud. Hard to have a conversation or even hear the waiter But, the food is great and we'll visit again.

    We will definitely return to the Tap House 15. We had the seafood risotto, braised short ribs, and strip steak. The portions were good and food was amazing. . Service was top notch as well. Not one complaint.
